Product Return Conditions:

You may return a product if it has not been opened within 7 days from the date of delivery.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, you are entitled to request a free replacement of the product without any additional charges, provided that the request is submitted within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Additional charges will apply in cases where the return or exchange is requested by the customer’s preference and not due to a product defect or damage. These charges include:
